We are back from the Wisconsin Dells. We had a wonderful time, but the week went so fast. The kids loved the water parks and spent hours swimming. Maysa loved the water as well...funny how she cries when she gets her hair washed in the bathtub, but will jump in the pool and get her hair wet without crying. We went to a deer park and got to pet and feed the deer. It was so much fun to interact with these beautiful creatures up close. My sister, niece and nephew also went to the Dells with us. Five kids and two adults in a mini-van equals lots of fun and a tight squeeze!
I would LOVE some insight on good places to visit in the Dells because I want to take my kiddos there next summer! They're coming with me on my annual Guatemala mission trip this year and we're doing MOGUATE too so no more vacations this year!! LOVE the deer park photos!
After several years of infertility issues and unsuccessful pregnancy’s, I had my IVF miracle baby Devin, who is now twelve. Since I was a little girl I always had the desire to have lots of children, but things are not always as we plan them. Devin’s father and I split up when Devin was 3 years old and I wanted to have more children, but medically wouldn’t be able to. Adoption was a way that I could give a child a loving and nurturing home and family. My adoption journey began in September of 2005. After several disappointments and a lost referral I switched countries in 2007 from Panama to Guatemala. After what was the most emotional, exhausting and uncertain journey I have ever been on in my life, my family is now complete. Danilo arrived into our family on March 27th, 2008 and Maysa arrived into our family on September 5, 2008. Looking back I could have never made it though this journey of infertility and adoption without the support of other bloggers. My children are my life and I’m so thankful that we are all together as one family!
